Implement and update the compensation and benefit programs and provide C&B data analysis and inputs for manager’s decision making.


KEY TASKS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for payroll calculation and ensure social benefits and individual income tax are well maintained and compliant with law and regulations
  • Implement company compensation and benefit policies and programs and update in a timely manner
  • Implement annual salary review and adjustment process and bonus pay out process as well as promotion process
  • Participant yearly salary survey and update internal salary range and analyse and benchmark internal pay position with market data and provide input
  • Maintain and update relevant date in HRIS systems with accuracy
  • Support on employee relationship and handle people issue
  • Lead to carry out employee activities to improve cross function communication and improve employee satisfaction
  • Come up with monthly HR reports and provide people related cost analysis
  • Support on all the external and internal audits
  • Management of personnel filing
  • Administrate employee exit process
  • Other HR related tasks assigned by manager


Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or Business administration, relevant discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in C&B position, experience in manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Familiar with Chinese labor law and regulations
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Excellent computer skills i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • High degree of credibility, professional competency and personal integrity
  • detail oriented
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Self-driven, has good business acumen
  • Open-minded and candid attitude
  • A good team player
