JOB Functions职责
Recruiting招聘
- Work with each department to properly structure their organization and define the responsibilities for each position to meet business demands, ensure all the documents are in line with requirement.
协助各部门完善部门架构和岗位职责来满足业务的需求, 确保所有文件符合要求
- Coordinate with each department head for H/C planning, develop recruitment channels and take effective and efficient recruitment actions for approved H/C.
协助各部门制定招聘需求,拓展招聘渠道并及时有效的完成招聘计划。
- Process staff recruitment activities including but not limited to updating job postings, managing JD, sourcing, Screening candidates, Interviewing, checking reference, offer letter preparation etc.
员工招聘,不限于更新,管理JD,人才搜索,筛选简历,安排面试,背景调查,准备入职通知书等
- Deal with HR daily operations including on boarding, off boarding, training, probation period management, labor contract management as well as HR related report.
处理员工入职离职流程、员工培训、试用期、劳动合同管理以及HR报表
Training培训
- Responsible for Site training structure establishment with HR Manager to meet business needs.
根据公司需求,协助人事经理搭建培训架构
- Coordinate with department training requirements to build and implement annual training plan.
根据企业及部门需求,制定和实施年度培训计划
- Coordinate with internal training teams and external training vendors to schedule training/educational sessions.
协调培训供应商和内部培训人员,安排内外部培训
- Deliver learning programs effectively and ensure the result of effectiveness.
有效的安排培训,追踪培训效果
- Maintain training related documentation, such as training record, training videos, training material and other accompanying documents. 培训相关资料的保存和管理

- Employee P-file management, follow internal/external audit request and ensure all documents are in place and sufficient. Action plans and supports to meet audit requirement.
员工个人信息档案维护,确保所有文件妥善保存,并符合内审外审要求。
- Deal with employee social insurance, commercial insurance, physical check and other benefits, make sure all data accuracy and in time.
处理员工社保、商业保险、体检等,确保所有数据的准确和及时
- Assist performance review process, provide multi-sided support to accomplish efficient performance reviews, ensure quality, deadlines and follow-up.
协助绩效考核管理,绩效考核的质量,时效,过程管控,提供全方面的支持
- Give information and communication to employees concerning HR related questions.
- 积极和员工沟通,为员工和部门经理提供HR方面的专业建议
- Process HR PR/PO
处理HR 的采购流程
Qualifications任职要求
- Bachelor Degree in HR or related.
HR等相关专业学士学位
- At least 5 years' HR management experience, including talent management & training.
至少5年HR管理工作经验包括招聘、培训
- Good English both on oral and written
优秀的英文书面和口语能力
Essential Experience经验要求
- Good knowledge in overall HR management and Chinese Labor Laws, statutes and regulations
熟悉人力资源管理和国家劳动法律、法规
- Good communication and interview skills.
良好的沟通和面试技巧
- Careful/patient/responsibility and team work

- Advanced computer system skills for Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)

- Experience in multicultural international environment.

- Working knowledge of HR database systems.

In the past five years alone, the founding team has successfully developed over 10 new antibody products for US, Australia, and China markets and have completed successful design, build, and start-up of four biologics development and manufacturing centers:
? Clinical and commercial production.
? Inspected for compliance against US-FDA, NMPA, TFDA, and TGA regulations to file CTA/IND and commercial products.
We have quickly established a start-up team and are recruiting more expert staff to exceed 150 employees within the coming year.
