Job Description

Position: HR Supervisor

Reporting to: HR Manager

Main Tasks:主要职责


1. Ensure sufficient internal communication with related functions and understand the work force requirements as well as business demands. 与公司相关部门保持紧密有效的内部沟通,深入理解各部门人力资源需求以及其业务需求状况。


2. Fully support functions to solve HR issue including talent acquisition, organization development, talent development, employee relationship, employee benefit, exit management, etc., with HR professional knowledge。为相关部门提供人才获取、组织发展,人才发展、员工关系、员工福利、离职管理等人力资源专业支持。


a) Conduct timely work force planning by reviewing work breakdown, headcount reports, turnover report, etc. 提供及时有效的人力计划,包括工作内容分析、人员分析、离职分析等。


b) Recruitment execution, onboard management, and employee communication. 招聘执行、入职管理和员工沟通。


c) Identify key talents, help functions to build up a constant career ladder for organization development. 识别关键人才,帮助部门搭建可持续的职业生涯阶梯,以达到组织发展的目的。


d) Support functions in individual performance management and PDP. 支持部门进行员工绩效管理和员工发展计划。

e) Collaborate with administrative team to keep a comfortable and encouraging working environment. 与行政团队合作,给部门提供舒适与激励士气的工作环境。


f) Exit interview and talent retention. 离职沟通与人才挽留。


3. Promote the implementation of the company's policies and SOP in functions, and provide effective feedback and improvement plan based on the implementation results. 推进公司各项政策、制度在业务部门的落地与执行,并针对执行结果进行有效反馈和改进。


4. Participate in related HR projects and support other HR tasks assigned by the company. 参与人力资源项目,以及公司安排的其他相关工作。


Requirements 任职要求


1, 6 years or above hr working experience , including more than 3 years hr generalist exposure.6年人力资源工作经验,包括3年以上hr全流程操作经验。


2,Working experience in MNC , FMCG, retail or digital industry experience preferred.跨国企业工作经验,有过快消品、零售、或数字营销行业经验优先


3,sound experience of talent acquisition and recruitment process management 出色的人才获取和招聘进程管理经验


4,solid experience of employee relationship cases and labor dispute员工关系案件和劳动争议处理经验。


5, fluent English both write and speak 流利的英文听说读写


6, passionate, brightness, character, and accomplishment, with keen sense of responsibility.激情、聪明、有品格、具备相关成就经验,同时具有责任心


7, university education background. 大学教育背景,本科为佳。
