HR Student Worker

Amgen Denmark             

Amgen Denmark is looking for an ambitious and self-driven student worker. We will give you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant multinational Bio-Pharmaceutical company. You will be supporting the Amgen Denmark HR Manager and more than 100 staff members across commercial, engineering and R&D sites in Copenhagen. The variety of tasks include:

• Recruitment; opening job requisitions for vacancies in our online system Workday, writing job ads in coordination with hiring managers, coordinating CV screening of candidates and recommending candidates to the hiring manager, planning and booking interviews with candidates, doing reference checking
• Onboarding of new staff members in our systems
• Managing regular HR newsletter content and distribution
• Managing employee life-cycle in Workday for Denmark
• Updating and distributing HR related policies
• Being the proactive problem solver and managing HR related issues for our staff
• Other HR related project and tasks, depending on the need of the organization

You will be able to work on a wide range of activities, as complex and varied as you desire. We offer a pleasant and flexible work environment with bright open work spaces and a competitive hourly salary. This position is based in the Amgen Denmark affiliate office in Hellerup.

We are looking for

• People with a passion for their profession! You are bursting with energy and you cannot wait to start working. You are eager to learn, like to show initiative and you are ambitious about your goals.
• Good knowledge of verbal and written English is a must. Danish or any other Nordic language is a plus.
• We are interested in applications from both pre-final and final year students, from both Bachelor and Master studies or other relevant background for the position. You should be eligible to work in Denmark.
