Purpose of the Position: Responsible for Leads Wu Jiang payroll programs for executing effective payroll processes and being data steward of PeopleSoft to maintain HR system & support daily employment related procedure. Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. HRIS Leadership & Administration: • Leads PeopleSoft administration to include updating the employee database to ensure accurate employee information at all times • Partners with corporate MIS to recommend, develop and implement appropriate HRIS solutions for Wujiang plant (may include PeopleSoft, SharePoint training, HR intranet etc.) • Maintains and communicates appropriate and up to date documentation to colleagues when benefits are updated.
2. Payroll Leadership & Administration: • Leads Wujiang payroll programs for executing effective payroll processes • Ensures that all employees are paid on time and accurately • Works with the manager to determine best payroll solution for the company • Works with corporate H.R. to administer regional payouts of Goal Sharing, Sales Incentive Plans & annual merit process. • Work with outsourcing tax firm to ensure expat tax payment accurate and pay on time • Oversee the timely and accurate submission of all statutory returns to the tax office and other government departments
3. Compliance: • Ensures all employee files are up to date with appropriate signed off policies, offer letters, and in compliance with local labor law. • Works with the manager to ensure all entity internal HR policies and, where appropriate, Hand Books are updated.
4.Others: • Assists the manager on various human resource initiatives and projects • Administer (Consolidate HR reports, leave administration, personal filing etc…) • Provides back up support to other Human Resource Business Partners when needed • Ensures strong confidentiality of all employment data. • Other duties and responsibilities assigned by HR manager.
