Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Training & Development

  • Creates a learning atmosphere, which appeals to a variety of learning.

  • Responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of the company training & development system, regulations and related procedures to meet ISO and industry standard.

  • Performance management and continuous alignment and feedback

  • To conduct training needs statistics on a regular basis and customize specific training plans according to the needs for relevant training.

  • Design, organize and implement training programs, conduct training effect evaluation, organize training assessment, and keep up training records.

  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure training completed successfully.

  • Manage training venders, monitor and evaluate their working methods and results.

  • Manage e-training channel and improve the effectiveness.

  • Conduct induction program for new employees

  • Support delivery of employee development strategy.

  • Backup all training and development data, files, mails, documents.


  • Employee Engagement

  • Responsible for the employee engagement activities.

  • Implement employee communications programmes in support of strategy and business priorities.


  • Other supports to HR & Admin team

  • Participant HR project as team leader or team member assigned by line manager.

  • Support on recruitment activities or program per request by line manager.

  • Provide support on other HR & Admin functions per request or assigned by line manager.



Requirements – Essential requirements unless stated


  • Bachelor degree or above.
  • Business or HR qualification (e.g. HR/Business studies degree) is preferred.

· Minimum 2 years work experience in training related functions and have experience of recruitment will be better. · Familiar with China labor laws

  • Fluent in oral and written English.
  • Proficient in office software.
  • Working proactively with result oriented and teamwork spirit
  • Timely and high calibre fulfilment of resource requirements.
  • Good analytical skills and problem-solving skills
  • International awareness, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sense of responsibility; Able to work independently and under pressure;
  • Quality of HR advice/intervention provided to line managers to support the quality, development, satisfaction and performance of employees.
  • Quality of training and recruitment management and reporting.
