Job Description
上海市 浦东新区
  • Build annual training plan according to local business needs with regional training manager;
  • Deliver standard training service and support according to training guideline;
  • Advice and update local training system, make sure it is effective and well-adapted with local business.
  • Engage, support and oversee in-house training sessions;
  • Deliver and coordinate New Employee Orientation Training;
  • Responsible for training records maintenance and evaluation; make sure 0 defect for audits (training part);
  • Deliver 1st level support for Learning Management System;
  • Responsible for training related reporting (SURE etc.);
  • Other projects/tasks assigned by superior;

职位要求:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, foreign languages etc.
  • At least 5 years working experience in related HR fields;
  • Good Communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
  • Solid knowledge of related statutory regulations;
  • Solid experience in HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors-LMS is a plus.
  • Working experience in HR shared service is a plus;
  • Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality;
  • Take initiatives to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player;
  • Being people-oriented, customer focus, confident and self-motivated.
