Job Description
- Build annual training plan according to local business needs with regional training manager;
- Deliver standard training service and support according to training guideline;
- Advice and update local training system, make sure it is effective and well-adapted with local business.
- Engage, support and oversee in-house training sessions;
- Deliver and coordinate New Employee Orientation Training;
- Responsible for training records maintenance and evaluation; make sure 0 defect for audits (training part);
- Deliver 1st level support for Learning Management System;
- Responsible for training related reporting (SURE etc.);
- Other projects/tasks assigned by superior;
职位要求:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Human Resources, foreign languages etc.
- At least 5 years working experience in related HR fields;
- Good Communication skills in both Mandarin and English;
- Solid knowledge of related statutory regulations;
- Solid experience in HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors-LMS is a plus.
- Working experience in HR shared service is a plus;
- Commitment to maintaining the confidentiality;
- Take initiatives to work independently and as part of a team;
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability, detail oriented, quick learner and team player;
