Main Purpose and Job Scope
This position contributes to Starbucks success by managing Employment Branding initiatives, including small or moderately complex new communications, design, programs or processes, and also support administrative work for Staffing team to enhance partner engagement, improve overall partner and candidate experience.
Key Accountabilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage branding / recruiting communications on social media channels;
- Manage designing and maintaining hiring collaterals for national staffing teams
- Manage all job boards including accounts, resource purchase & allocation, data reporting and etc
- Manage Staffing WeChat accounts, team room/share folder structure
- Assist on EVP, Campus Recruiting and other Staffing Program Team Projects
- Process payments and contracts for SHSC staffing team and track monthly budget
- Support on additional regional requests
Requirements
Summary of Experience
- Experience in managing communications on social media
- Designing effective hiring materials
- Proficient in designing tools, such as: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, PR, Animate, Xiumi, H5, Office365 and etc.
- Basic project management skills
- Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Bachelor's Degree in Educational design, communications, HR management or business administration or related major
- Proficient in professional English
- Communicates effectively cross-functionally, cross-culturally and cross-levels
- Ability to influence others effectively
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and work independently and as part of a team.
