服务描述/ Brief description of service:
All internal staffs in the region
HR COEs and HRBPs
Leaders/managers across the regions
Corporate Office
Relevant statutory and government authorities
External suppliers and agencies
服务担当技能要求/ Skills and qualifications required:
Ability to interpret and communicate HR policies, procedures, and programs
Knowledge in labour laws, statutory requirements, payroll and benefits of countries under the scope
Experience in running payroll service and benefits administration across multiple countries
Good interpersonal skill and ability to communicate well both oral & written, in a diverse work environment
Problem solving skill
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
Experience using HR Information system/Software and reporting application
Discipline and effective time management of organisation skill
Strong numeracy skill
Good in both verbal and written English communication skills
3-5 related working experience.
