Job Purpose:
The role of the Human Resources Generalist is to establish and develop a business partnership with assigned offices or divisions and together deliver HR Operations, build competence and a high-performance culture.
Job responsibilities:
1. Implement and support relevant HR processes in accordance with common HR framework to attract, develop and motivate the staffs, including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, training and HR administration.
2. Provide advice and support to the Asian offices’ managers and staffs via relevant HR processes to improve overall business performance
3. Provide tools, support and feedback to ensure the effective delivery of all HR Processes
4. Support the development of people through the learning approaches
5. Respond to all queries from staffs and managers in an appropriate and timely manner
6. Support managers and staffs in managing and resolving conflict
7. Other projects assigned
Job requirements:
- At least 2-3 years HR experiences, preferably in foreign-invested enterprises, having C&B or recruitment experiences are preferrable
- Good understanding of local employment law and regulations
- Theoretical and practical knowledge and skills in HR function
- Good communicating, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Planning and organizing, Problem solving competence
- Time management capability
- People orientated and conscious confidentiality
- Good MS office applications skills, especially Excel
- Good command of both spoken and written English
