1. Task/Responsibility:

  • Perform day-to-day operations of payroll data maintenance and process, ensure timely as well as accurate execution.
  • Be the first contact to handle Q&A from employees, line managers and senior management relating with individual payroll, company C&B policies, labor contract law and regulations.
  • Support China C&B related work and projects as well as ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
  • Staff care (i.e. distribution of birthday gifts, new-born baby gifts, etc.,), and get together events
  • Support and train Project Managers to handle local HR related issues
  • Coordinate employees’ performance review (upon end of probation / annually)
  • Support Admin works


2. Job requirements

  • Bachelor degree with major in HR related discipline
  • Working experience in a payroll function
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft office Excel and Word
  • Well organized and structured work approach
  • Self-motivated and team player
  • Able to work under pressure
