Job Summary (Purpose of the job)

Identify best HR operational practices and provides quality and timely HR operation services to China employees. Collaborate with HR business partners to ensure delivery of streamlined processes, standardization .


Major Duties Performed (Main Functions)

1.Ensure execution of HR operations processes in compliance with relevant local regulatory laws in Employee life circle including but not limited in Employees On Boarding & Exit Process, PS System updates, leave system updates labor contract sign /renew , probation management , expatriates allowance management , visa management, payroll related operations support etc

2.Deliver service in a timely manner with high quality and/or manage service delivery metrics in relation to the assigned process

3.Work in close partnership with multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless wing-to wing processes and one face to Business and HR Partners and employees.

4.Proactively seek customer feedback to identify areas for process improvement, standardisation and productivity within assigned process

5.Advise on complex questions/requests concerning the area of expertise in a professional, courteous & timely manner

6.Ensure that high standards of accuracy and quality are maintained with appropriate controls in place, taking accountability for compliance with relevant legal and IQVIA policy requirements

7.Develop a strong working relationship with the IQVIA HR community through proactive facilitation & improvement of HR processes, ensuring effective communication and early identification of requirements & any service issues

8.Foster a culture of customer service excellence and continuous process improvement

9.Provide ad-hoc operational support for assigned process

1. Accuracy, timely and high quality HR services deliveries

2. Internal Client satisfactory rate

3. Innovative approaches to improve the working efficiency and effectiveness


Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Human Resources or related Human Resources support field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

2. Knowledge of human resources policies, procedures and systems, as well as local law

3. Proficiency in human resources software packages, Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Power Point.

4. Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.

5. Ability to carry out moderate analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on non-routine matters.

6. Detail oriented , strong analytical logic foundation and a good team player
