Job Responsibilities 工作职责：

• Make annual training plan and implement;
• Lead the Trainee Program and recruit qualified trainee;
• Organize internal leadership training as a trainer;
• Support Recruitment team according to hiring requirement;
• Coordinate department employee’s all HR issues .

Qualification Requirements 资质学历要求:

• Bachelor degree or above, at least 3 years experience in HR training and recruitment function;
• Good English communication both in oral and written;
• Good team-work attitude;
• Being passionate with the HR work and working initiative;
• High responsibility, careful working spirits.
