Job responsibilities:
Recruitment Outcomes
? Responsible for fulltime and part-time recruitment to ensure timely support on people resource through recruiting process, such as vendor sourcing, CV screening, cold call, interview and offer etc.
? Take ownership for the overall recruiting process conduction and ensure the smoothly recruiting process and results delivery.
? Provide logistic support on interview arrangement to hiring manager
Recruiting process and policies
? Worked closely with HR Business Partner for optimizing and updating the recruiting process and recruiting policies
? Conduct and coach the business for global new recruiting process and policies
Recruitment Channel:
? Select appropriate recruitment channels and coordinate with local Headhunters or recruitment agency to deliver the required services to business within budget range
? Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, and specifications for various recruitment channels/resources to build up talent pool for various recruitment projects.
? Maintain the good relationship with our recruiting channel to get marketing data to keep knowledge updates of market recruitment activity and recruitment toolkits.
? Independently Conduct campus recruiting with internal resources and maintain good relationship with universities resources.
Recruiting system - Workday
? As the owner to manage recruiting related business process in Workday
? Regular export recruitment status report and recruitment analysis report from Workday to business
? Manage agencies, internal and external career site in Workday
Reports and Data Analysis
? Responsible for regular recruitment reports maintenance and delivery
? Provide valuable insight to business and internal people team by leveraging recruitment data analysis
Vendor Management and TPLM
? Annual contract renew with existing vendors
? Go through TPLM process for new vendors to in line with corporate compliance requirements
Job requirements:
? Bachelor Degree or the above; Major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration or Psychology is prefer.
? 3 years working experience in HR or with at least 2 years in recruiting or head hunter experiences.
? Owns insights in both HR service and business especially in serving customers of functions in Sales and Support/Infrastructure.
? Be familiar with insights in Corporate Recruiting, HR system and Communication process.
? Positive thinking and quick learner
? Good communication and interpersonal skill
? Initiatives, well-organised and detail-minded
? Priorities management skill and endeavour for achieving result
? Proficient in computer skill such as Excel, Word, PPT and Chinese Word Processing
