Job Description
Department/Division: Human Resources
Report to: HR Project Manger
Job Responsibility:
1. Support HR daily operations, including HR data maintenance (Campus Recruiting, Recognition Program), HR document collection and filing, and P-file management
2. Support on recruitment of junior level positions, including CV screening and interview arrangement;
3. Take charge of HR lifecycle management including new employee onboarding, internal transfer and exit process;
4. Support on ad-hoc HR projects such as data consolidation and analyze, PPT preparation and meeting arrangement.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above, preferably specialized in HR,Management or Language
2. Good at Excel and PowerPoint
3. Good English in both written and oral
4. Have passion in HR function with learning agility, logical thinking and good communication skill
5. Can afford at least 4 working days per week
