Job Description

職務說明 / Key Responsibilities

Day to day responsibilities:
  • Own full workflow of candidates from offer signature through to Day 1 onboarding across the globe
  • Adhere to Hiring Coordination SLA/SOP, ensuring compliant and timely onboarding of new hires
  • Major, not all, responsibilities within the onboarding workflow will include:
  • Importing candidate profile information into the Candidate Tracker,
  • Maintain candidate updates within Candidate Tracker,
  • Initiate and track status of Background checks.
  • Follow-up with candidates as necessary to ensure timely completion of HireRight documentation
  • Initiate any Visa Forms, as applicable
  • Initiate Relocation process, as applicable
  • Send New Hire Legal Docs to new hires, uploading them to Workday, and then sending to Legal (and then back to the New Hire, if questions are posed)
  • Complete Hire within the Workday system
  • Track Onboarding tasks for all candidates.
  • Follow-up with candidates as necessary to ensure completion of tasks in a timely manner
  • Upload Badge photos to Google Folder
  • Maintain accurate start dates for candidates.
  • Provide continuous updates to appropriate stakeholders of any changes in start dates (Recruiter, Lead Hiring Coordinator, HRA)
  • Maintain detailed documentation of nuances for candidates throughout the onboarding workflow
  • Raise any issues/concerns to Operations Specialist lead
  • Serve as POC for new hire questions prior to start date
  • Transfer new hire to WTO tracker within specified timeframe found in SLA
  • Support ongoing process improvement for the Onboarding Process globally
  • Assist with documenting and operationalising additional parts of the onboarding process, particularly in the APAC and EMEA Regions

需求條件 / Key Requirements

You Must Have
  • HR / Onboarding knowledge with at least 1-2 years experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a continuous improvement mentality
  • A process oriented mindset with the ability to innovate and troubleshoot creatively with efficiency and candidate / customer experience at the forefront of decisions
  • Ability to solve issues in a decisive way, exercising good judgment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, partners and clients globally

Preferred Qualifications
  • Educated to degree level (BA/BS Degree)
  • Experience with HR Management Systems (Workday, Siebel, Service Now, some version of an ATS) & lucid charts
  • Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office
