Job Description

工作职责:

Responsible for the management of the Shared Service Center of STA, Waigaoqiao site, data and reports ownership for total STA, ensure the accuracy of the HRIS system data, meanwhile, responsible for updating and correcting SOP and system of each process, work across HR functions to meet the KPI and customer satisfaction.

负责STA人力资源部的数据管理,确保数据的系统性、准确性和有价性。支持各BU的数据需求,赋能HR各职能的项目需求,同时负责制定、更新、完善各相关的制度和SOP,以满足人力资源服务达到KPI及客户满意度。

1. Staffing Operations员工关系运营

Independently handle employment life-cycle transaction based on defined operations processes to ensure quality delivery & compliance, including check in, on-boarding, resignation process, contract renew, transfer, probation procedure, etc. Jiayang System data maintenance, HR process and procedure relevant of HRIS optimization, Ensure on time and accuracy of all tasks delivery.

根据公司的操作流程,独立处理外高桥各类员工(正式员工、实习人员、第三方人员)的入离职资料准备、内部异动、试用期转正、体检等与集团共享服务中心对接的确认工作,嘉扬系统运维,涉及HRIS系统实施和迭代的HR流程优化,确保各项事务交付的及时性、准确性;

2. Overall Database Management 全面的数据管理

Overall data and reports ownership. Specify data rules and monitor implementation. Data handling for WGQ and Wuxi Site. Implement employee’s profile e-files management, provide monthly and annually reports and data. Data mining to provide value added analysis and suggestions for HR COE and BP teams to development policy for talent attracting, retention and engagement.

HR总体数据管理,明确计算规则并监督实施。外高桥和无锡人员数据维护,对员工电子档案的信息化管理,提供月度、年度及项目需要的各类报表及数据,对报表信息进行深度分析,为HR其他团队提供人才招聘、保留、激励等相关人力资源管理政策的数据分析和增值建议;

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above;

本科及以上学历;

2. At least 6-8 years HR operation working experience, good player of HRIS, prefer a team leader or related projects manager in headquarter center or multi-national company. Proficiency in coordination with HRBP and HR COE.

至少6-8年HR运营相关工作经验,熟练掌握和使用HR系统,优先考虑有大型集团公司管理人力资源共享服务中心团队或项目经验者,有丰富协调经验和团队管理经验的;

3. High level of data-handling, analytical capacity.

深入的数据挖掘,分析和处理能力;

4. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

处理机密和敏感信息能力;

5. Able to work under pressure, must be a team player, organizational skills. High sense of responsibility and integrity.

在压力下工作,团队合作者,兼具良好的组织能力,高度的责任感、正直诚信的品质;

6. With the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously,while accessing and procuring accurate information in a fast-paced environment.

能够同时处理多个任务, 同时在快速节奏的环境中处理和获取准确的信息;

7. Good spoken and written English.

英语听说读写熟练。
