HR C&B, HR 입사퇴사 관리, HR 자료 분석, Data Analysis 등의 역할을 수행하게 됩니다.

Detailed Job description
1) Korea HR operations: Partners with HR Business Partners and Employee Relations to support
- Implement HR policy and regulations in timely manner
- Improve HR system & processes for better employee experiences
2) HR Data Analytics :
- Own and maintain HR data/information/records in good order (including individual Personnel files),
- Roll-out of global/regional/local initiatives(systems, tools..) in optimized way to Korea
- Provide necessary reports with quality and accuracy
3) Compensation and Benefits : Support annual salary review and adjustment process (including data consolidation, mass upload, letter production) and Benefits administration
4) Payroll interface / support
- Provide necessary information to Payroll team for monthly payroll processing
5) Employee experience: New employee documents, New employee orientation, Company-wide events/program support, etc.
6) HR Communication : Release regular & ad-hoc communication to all employees or managers
Key Requirements
- 6-10 years HR professional experience. (입퇴사자, 휴직/복직관리, Payroll 자료, 복리 후생프로그램 관리.지원 등 HR의 전반적인 지원업무 총괄)
- HR expertise and knowledge on compensation and benefits, performance appraisals and etc.
- Join a leading HR group consulting with management and employees on HR practices and procedures.
- HR Data Analysis, HR Operation 및 Data Analysis에 대한 유 경험자
- Good communication skill (written and verbal) for both Korean and English
- A person who can be both hands-on and also strategic.

Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations in support of corporate ethics and values. Participate in company-wide programs and initiatives (e.g., manpower planning, salary/bonus/stock review, organizational change, performance management, and training assessment).
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Key skills and abilities include coaching, influencing, facilitation, presentation, communication, process development, analysis, and problem solving. Ability to travel. 5 years generalist experience and BA/BS degree. Experience in an HR specialty a plus.
