Contract length: 2 years
Responsibilities & Tasks
? Apply and facilitate execution of HR policies & processes
? Data entry and maintenance in HR systems(HRP&SAP)
? Monthly data reconciliation between HRP and SAP
? Social insurance and housing fund bill check-up and payment request
? Freelancer documents collection and payment processing
? FTE payroll processing(covering about 1500 employees)
? Part time and Intern payroll validation and payment request
? Bank reports preparation and bank payment arrangement
? Monthly payroll reports preparation
? Social Insurance & Housing Fund base calculation and declaration
? Support internal and external audit every year
? Payroll system optimization and vendor management
? Other daily operations and assigned work
Position Qualifications
?Bachelor degree and above, preferably 2-3 years within HR and payroll experience and required area
?Proactive, service oriented mind-set
?Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
