Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full spectrum of Human Resources services including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and performance management
• Work closely with other HR functional teams to provide support to all staff
• Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
• Manage the process from interview through offer stage
• Manage staff movement of different business units including contract renewal
• Handle final payment calculations
• Handle work visa application
• Assist in reviewing policies and procedures
• Assist in HR related reports and analysis
• Maintain accurate and timely data in HRIS
• Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• University degree holders of Human Resources or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in HR field preferably in medium / sizable organization
• Ability to utilize different social media to generate connections
• Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related regulations
• Solid experience in handling work visa application is a must
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work across multiple tasks at the same time
• Strong sense of account servicing, pro-active and willing to take up responsibilities
• Good interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word and other computer applications
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediately available or with short notice period is preferred
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant HR Officer
