Job Description

[Role and responsibility]

  • Responsible for the establishment and continuous improvement of company training & development system, regulations and related procedures to meet business needs;
  • Conduct effective induction and orientation sessions, and could develop and deliver basic soft skill courses per requirements;
  • Ensure all training administrative tasks are executed on time (i.e. training coordination, materials, scheduling of rooms, rosters, scheduling make-up classes, etc.);
  • To conduct training needs collection and statistics on a regular basis and customize annual training plans/calendars;
  • Design and conduct training evaluation forms, organize training assessment, and keep up training records;
  • Coordinating internal and external resources to ensure training completed successfully;
  • Manage training venders, monitor and evaluate their working methods and results;
  • Responsible for the employee engagement activities and implement employee communications programmes in support of strategy and business priorities;
  • Develop or oversee production of training & development materials such as manuals, course materials, videos and other tools;
  • Coordinate and monitor different stages of the performance management programmes and KPI schemes;
  • Participate in ad-hoc projects such as assessment and development centres and delivery of talent program modules.


[Requirements]

  • Bachelor degree or above in Business, Human Resources or equivalent;
  • More than 3 years working experience in Training & Development, experience in managing organizational training projects, working with stakeholders at both leadership and staff levels is a plus;
  • Fast learner with creativity, analytic skills and hard working;
  • Good team spirit, can-do attitude and willing to embrace new challenges;
  • With strong business acumen, excellent influencing skill, strategic thinking to deliver complex learning programs and strategy to completion;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite – Word, Power Point, Excel;

Excellent language expression in both Chinese & English, good communication and facilitation skills.
