Job purpose:
Supports in all related HR process and issues with a local and/or international scope
Ensures correct and timely staffing for junior and experienced profiles, in accordance with Company needs
Main duties:
Recruitment:
Follows up on recruitment activities such as advertising vacancies, on-line recruiting channels via agencies, etc.
Interviews candidates, administers tests, provides evaluation scores for each candidate and works out a dossier
Identifies competencies and shortlists CV’s in line with the job requirements
Submits a shortlist of candidates to the Manager
Maintains a database and contact with recruiting agencies
Issues specific reports related to enquiries and statistics related to recruitment
Gives support to Recruitment Manager in all recruitment related matters
Acts as a representative to outside organizations and professional bodies
Responsible for data integrity in HR systems
Executes recruitment policies and procedures aligned with local recruitment strategy
Organizes and attends relevant job fairs, promotes the business as employee of choice
Operation:
Directly delivers a wide range of activities within HR
Carries out HR consolidated reporting to Corporate
Participates in Industrial Relations, when applicable
Supports in the personnel management, incentive and retention policies, when applicable
Ensures data integrity in HR systems
Qualifications Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (preferably HR related)
3-5 years of HR/Recruitment related career experience
People assessment skills (competency based interview, personality tests, etc.)
Reporting and communication skills
Knowledge of HR management methods and tools
Fluent in English
