Responsibilities:

• Address, collect and analyze training needs
• Initiate yearly education plan/budget (external and internaltraining)
• Communicate with employees and providing support in career planning
• Implement education plans (agenda, registration, logistics,documents, payment, feedback and evaluation, etc.), and regular review
• Manage education resources (supply searching, vendor selection,trainer appraisal, contract negotiation, prioritization and optimization.)
• Develop education courses (tailored contents, task-oriented and/orproblem-driven training/workshop, internal trainers, etc.)
• Maintain education records of all time all categories, and real-timestatus, ensure employee’s training records/documents are filed and updated inEdu system timely and accurately
• Provide education activity reports, propose process improvement
• Develop new education resources or programs (web-based E-learning,position based curriculum, etc.)
• Guide and implement new hire integration process

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree, major in human resources or business management ispreferable
• Above 3 years work experience in T&D or Education fields, workexperience in HR field in international company is preferred
• Electronics industry background preferred
• Know-how of training management process and tools
• Profound understanding of human emotion and behaviors
• Strong communication and influencing
• Result and quality orientation
• PC skills and good at PowerPoint
• Fluent English in spoken and written
