Roles & Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HR manager in managing the process of identification, selection and recruitment of internal and external talent - Drive innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent - Work with key leaders to identify current and future hiring needs and support workforce planning strategies - Be knowledgeable about company benefits

  • Talent pool build up and management
  • Staff on-boarding and leaving process management
  • HR operation process support, social insurance follow up and update staffs changing over China stores
  • Staff material management (contract, proof, personal information and files,..)
  • Focus on detail management


Required Skills
  • 3+ years of recruitment or C&B
- Retail experience is a plus
- Experience with interviewing and evaluating candidates for different level of candidates
- Solid experience on HR operation
- Good communication skills both English and Chinese
