Daily realization of HR projects like recruitment, training, development leaded in assigned area, based on the company's standard;

Supporting the line manager in every personnel decisions regarding hiring, firing, relocations, employees moves;

Responsible for updating personnel profiles and talent database;

Providing daily consultation in HR function to all staff;

Coordination in employee relationship mediation;

Assisting in key HR projects leaded by HR Manager.

University degree or above, preferably of HR or related major;

At least 2 years' working experience in all sets of HR works;

Strong planning and implementation abilities;

Good organizing and coordinating skills;

People-oriented personality;

Proficient English and Chinese.
