JOB TITLE: HR Officer /Senior HR Officer
SUMMARY:
An operational role within the Human Resources department focusing on recruitment, staffing and relevant policies implementing to meet business requirements
Main Responsibilities: Recruitment and Staffing
1. In charge of recruitment and staffing, including people searching, selection, hiring and daily staffing issue
2. Follow through staff recruitment plan and requisitions, according to recruitment and selection processes and procedures; Implement the recruitment activities instructed by hiring strategies;
3. Recruit quality and right people timely and cost-effectively to meet business needs
4. Screen applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarizes CVs for easier evaluation by the departmental heads, organize tests and conduct the interview for certain level positions
5. Conduct background checks for identified candidates
6. Give the candidates feedbacks and interface with new hire to promote positive company values and image
7. As recruitment expert, fulfill vacancies through diversifies hiring channels.
8. Diversify hiring channels and improve effectiveness, including evaluating and managing head-hunting suppliers, develop and maintain labor agency, Winshuttle Form and staff referrals
9. Manage recruiting process to ensure efficiency and develop, improve and maintain the recruiting test/selection materials and tools
10. Maintain, standardized and simplify company overall Job Descriptions. Update regularly according to business & position changes.
11. Maintain an active and organized data bank of applicants; work together with hiring manager to provide sufficient talent supply towards predefined project schedule.
12. Manage employee relationship by conducting exit interview, participating focus group meeting.
13. Analyze staffing, turnover and other personnel statistics, and prepare analysis report regularly in accurate, integrated and timely manner which includes hiring report, turnover-rate report, headcount report, interview data and etc. Maintain or update organizational charts periodically.
14. Control recruitment related documentations, such as Personnel Requisition Form, Interview Evaluation Form, JD, Job Application Form, Reference Check Form, etc.
15. Ensure the legal people hiring and prevent any labor disputes
16. Support HR initiatives/programs/policies including employee engagement survey
17. Other duties/tasks assigned by HR Senior Manager
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above
2. Minimum 5 years related working experience in HR function, prefer working in multinational organization; Min. 2 years of recruitment experience independently
3. Strong interview skills and solid knowledge in recruitment & selection, employee relations and staffing. Trained by Target Selection or Behavior Interview is a plus
4. A proven ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands; Good time management and able to meet deadlines and schedules
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as a strong service oriented attitude
6. Good planning and organizational skills; sense of continuous improvement.
7. A positive team player with strong ownership, Details and results oriented. High energy level with a sense of urgency
8. A "can do" attitude with problem solving ability; be flexible to changing priorities.
9. Understanding of employment regulations and policies in China; Experience in labor dispute is preferred
10. Good computer skills in data processing, reporting and presentation.
11. Good command of English both in speaking and writing
