Job Description
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
岗位职责:
Offering any kind of help and suggestions to all concerned in dealing with personnel related matters.
提供处理人力资源相关事件的建议和帮助。
Assisting the recruitment and Orientation Program and prepare materials for the new team members.
协助招聘以及入职培训计划的开展,为新员工准备相关材料。
Controlling Assigns employee number and prepares labor contract and Personnel Action Form for new recruits.
为新聘员工分配员工号,准备劳动合同以及人事变动表。
Arranging physical examination & contract signing.
安排新员工体检和签订劳动合同。
Preparing P-file for new hire TM.
制作新员工个人档案。
Adding new TMs into HR Link.
新入职人员基本信息系统录入。
Check-out issues and following up leavers to do check-out procedure.
为离职员工办理离职手续,跟进已离职未办理的离职手续。
Probation\Service Allowance\Expiration of contract.
试用期到期、店龄工资、合同到期人员统计。
Vacation forms record and Overtime & Off-in-lieu forms record.
部门假单和加班还休表登记管理。
Collecting and checking Attendance Records.
考勤表的收取、审核。
Checking attendance record and leave requests of previous month to make sure the accuracy of the termination payment.
检查考勤记录以及当月休假申请以确认终止付薪的准确性。
Preparing TM status movement letter.
员工变更通知信。
HR Attendance & Duty Roster.
本部门考勤、排班。
Monitors on the using of stationery & printing materials in the Office.
管理部门内部办公用品的使用,打印资料。
Conducting the GM Lunch every two weeks.
每两周准备一次总经理午餐会。
Dealing with the administration routine in the HR Office.
处理人力资源部办公室日常事宜。
Specific JobKnowledge, Skill and Ability
工作技能技巧要求:
Good communication skills, both verbal andwritten.
良好口头及书面沟通技巧。
Mustpossess basic computational ability.
基本掌握计算机技能。
Fluentwritten and spoken English.
英文书写及口语流利。
Abilityto maintain excellent relations with associates and maintain team member andguest confidentiality at all times.
与所有员工保持良好关系,在任何时候保守员工及客人的机密。
