Job Responsibilities岗位职责:
1. Handling recruitment activities including advertisement posting, RESUME screening, interview arrangement, preparing offer and employment contract
2. Maintain relationship with our service provider, for example, 51job.
3. Vacation & leave record update.
4. Employment contract & probation assessment management and renewal.
5. Management of foreign employees work permit, residency permit and medical insurance
6. Social Insurance and Housing funds management
7. Maintain staff information in HR system
8. Ensure the clear and correct information sharing with Finance.
9. Understand labor law and be able to explain staff's concern and questions.
10. Be responsible to manage staff on board and termination process
Job Requirements 任职要求:
1. Bachelor degree, major in Human Resources, English, administrative management is preferred.
2. 3 years above of relevant experience in HR functions.
3. Excellent command in both written and spoken English.
4. Computer Skills.
5. Able to work under pressure
