Job Description
Purpose of role:
Be responsible for delivering all HR activities, ensures the implementation and application of agreed upon HR all directives, policies, processes, systems and programs.
Responsibilities:
- Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
- Understanding the hiring department requirement on recruitment, position background and job description and screen suitable candidates
- Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
- Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Making recruitment reports and analysis as required regularly
- Managing personal files of employees
- Handling employee onboarding and offboarding process independently
- Maintaining staff information in HR systems
- Providing support in various HR projects and events
- Providing support in training activities
- Completing other assignments from the line manager and HR Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or English is preferred
- Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Self-starter mind set and able to work multi-task
- Well organized and detail-oriented
