Job Description

Purpose of role:


Be responsible for delivering all HR activities, ensures the implementation and application of agreed upon HR all directives, policies, processes, systems and programs.


Responsibilities:


  • Serving as a point person for all new employee questions
  • Understanding the hiring department requirement on recruitment, position background and job description and screen suitable candidates
  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process
  • Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • Making recruitment reports and analysis as required regularly
  • Managing personal files of employees
  • Handling employee onboarding and offboarding process independently
  • Maintaining staff information in HR systems
  • Providing support in various HR projects and events
  • Providing support in training activities
  • Completing other assignments from the line manager and HR Manager

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in HR or English is preferred
  • Excellent oral and written communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-starter mind set and able to work multi-task
  • Well organized and detail-oriented
