Job Description

Job Discription:

Independently handle HR related operational and administrational tasks for employees at SH WOFE office, including but not limited to,

  • Recruitment and Selection; monitor and follow up recruiting process, salary negotiation, reference check and offer letter preparation. On-board and Exit process; Organize yearly performance review;
  • Issue employment contract for new employee as per company policy and arrangement of contract renewal of fixed-term employment contracts;
  • Establish, implement, maintain and monitor company implementations of HR policy and procedure at local office;
  • Liaise and coordinate with Labour Bureau, Social Benefits Bureau, FESCO/ CIIC and other governmental agencies to execute employment process and procedures of local and foreign employees;
  • Responsible for orientation arrangement. Identify training needs and implement training plan, searching vendors, budget controlling.
  • Supervise and work with payroll agencies to ensure the smooth C&B operations, like on-time and accurately delivery of monthly payroll to local and foreign employees.
  • While meeting the requirement of the company’s HR strategy, continuously optimize the human resource configuration to effectively reduce cost;
  • Work visa applications, residents permit process and all administration regarding expatriation and repatriation for foreign employees and family members;
  • Administration of HR related documents to local employees; employment letters, dispatch letters, salary confirmation letters, etc;
  • Yearly review insurance policies and premium negotiation; travel, medical, life, office etc;
  • Establish and maintain company personal files/ records;
  • Keep employee personal records updated;
  • Responsible for company activities, annual dinner, medical check-up, outing etc.
  • Other Ad hoc projects assigned by your superior manager or management;


Requirement:
  • Degree in Human Resources Management and/ or similar work experience
  • Minimum 3 years solid work experience HR (all spectrum of HR duties) at buying office of WFOE company;
  • Experienced in working at start-up stage companies

  • Capable to handle all daily operational HR tasks independently

  • High level of responsibility, strong work ethics and integrity

  • Strong in implementation and handling public relations

  • Strong in communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to work independently as well as in group

  • Attentive to details, organized and structured

  • Native in Chinese Mandarin and excellent English language, both spoken and written.
