Duties & Responsibilities:
1. To be responsible for talent acquisition related work and lead the full lifecycle recruitment process including candidate specification, advertising, screen, shortlist, recommendation, interview arrangement, reference check, and orientation following the related Policy.
2. To be responsible for the Expat employee mobility management, including Visa, Work Permit & Residence Permit application/renewal to ensure the legal compliance.
3. To manage HR operations including payroll & benefits management.
4. To maintain HR Information System & Filing System to ensure the accuracy of data.
5. To support the senior management with Performance Management programmes.
6. To advise employee and line managers disciplinary, grievance and employee relation procedures.
7. To assist with the Talent Development programmes
8. To undertake any reasonable request made by the line manager that ensures consistent delivery of service to the School.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. An excellent bilingual communicator both orally and in writing
2. IT literate
3. Solid organisational skills, including the ability to work efficiently in multi-task environment
4. Demonstrate discretion and confidentiality at all times
5. Mature, responsible, detail-oriented
6. Sense of customer service
