To deal with the employee issues of on-board, rotation, promotion, resign. And employee profile management (contract, proof, personal information and files etc.)
Payroll support and management. Collect and check the data of monthly payroll, commission and benefit.
Training and development projects implementation & support, ensuring adherence to HR related policies/guidelines, code of conducts, culture and core value, and the requirements related to each business units.
Implementation and to ensure the individual’s goal setting are closely related to company’s strategic objectives, keep tracing on outcome and performance, and data analysis.
Culture promotion and land off.
Other assignment.
任职要求/Position Requirement
The ideal candidate is a strong team player and with good communication and interpersonal skill, self-drive, ability to work independently, take own initiatives and responsibility, and willing to learn and share, and capable of managing multiple tasks at the same time.
1) 任职能力/Capability
- Knowledge about the rights and obligations of employers.
- Good English skill in both written and spoken.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
2) 工作经验/Working Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in HR relevant exp
- Familiar with at least 2 functions of HR.
3) 教育背景/Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above, major in HR, Administration is preferred.
