Job Major Responsibilities
1. In charge of the HR routines and provide excellent HR service to staff members;
2. Support the full spectrum of HR administration in each function;
3. Independently fulfill other HR tasks assigned by HR manager.
Job Basic Requirements
1. Bachelor degree above, HR related major or HR Certificates will be plus;
2. 2-years’ above HR working experience, preferably in HR team of MNC;
3. Be familiar with the practice in all the 6 HR Functions;
4. Be well known about the operation of e-HR System and its maintenance;
5. Demonstrate strong PC skills including proficiency in a variety of software packages (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, e-mail and other work related software);
6. Well oral and written communication skills both English & Chinese;
7. Keeping professional ethic, such as strong sense of responsibility, confidentiality with Integrity, customer service orientation, self-motivated, and be careful & patient for all work.
