General Operation—
? Oversee staffing process, e.g. on-boarding, off-boarding, leave management, and etc.
? Develop and maintain accurate HR database, all staff related info, filing, leave record, status change info and etc.
C&B and HR Budgeting-
? Develop HR budgeting (people cost and HR SG&A budget) and rolling forecast, cost tracking and analysis
EE Communication & Relation-
? Respond to employee, manager and supervisor inquiries/concerns
? Handle employee issues and grievances
Policies & Procedure-
? Develop, review and execute HR policy and procedures to meet business and management needs
Employee Training & Development
? Develop and implement training and development plans in line with the needs of business growth and talent development;
任职要求:? Bachelor degree required and advanced degree in HR management related fields preferred
? Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR areas with solid practical knowledge and experience in general HR operations including but not limited to HR budgeting, compensation and benefits, training, employee relations and etc.
