Objectives
This role is a HR Center of Expertise and governs and manages the Performance issues in China with 3-4 team members co-working together to provide the compensation, benefit and performance management services to the business team, which possibly can extend the scope or share best practice with the HR and business teams in Asia.
Reporting line: C&B and Performance Head in China
Duties & Responsibilities
? Liaise with business leaders/managers to develop and implement local Variable Pay base on Pay for performance rules
? Lead/manage Sales incentive tools and tracking
? Lead Manage Function/Operation KPI design and tracking
? Lead Motivation Project and Tracking
? Select and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and suppliers to ensure the satisfactory standards of services to support business.
? Coach or train China HRBP team with the Performance methodology or practices.
? Be responsible for the related Performance reports
? Other tasks assigned for need
Job Requirements
? Bachelor degree holder or above in HR management, Finance, Data Analysis or other related disciplines
? 5-8 years working experience in Performance function, big-size foreign company
? Good logic thinking, sense to data, and have solid C&B knowledge and good understanding on local laws.
? Good communication skill and outstanding problem-solving ability;
? Fluent English skill. Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PPT.
? Having consult related working experience is a plus
