Objectives:
Be responsible full spectrum Human Resources management on assigned organization unit, provide sufficient HR partnership to stakeholders, including but not limited to talent acquisition, performance management, compensation & benefits, employee relationships, training & development, communication and culture management etc
Responsibilities:
Identifies and prioritizes talent needs to support business growth and organization development, build and develop diversified talent pipeline to all level positions to meet plant operation needs;
Partner with stakeholders in site and region on employee learning and development needs, meet not only the requirements of plant daily operations but lay solid foundation for long-term people and organization capability growth;
Effectively deploys rewards processes/practices and performance management and within assigned organization to drive required levels of employee accountability for desired performance results and ensure retention of top performers;
Partner with plant leadership teams on building positive work environment and employment relationship; strengthen company culture and value through all types of program or activities; build effective communication channels and continuously improve employee engagement;
Lead and drive site talent management initiatives and support regional talent program;
In partnership with regional as well global HR committee on varies HR initiatives, provides coaching, consultancy on assigned client group in development and implementation of required programs and processes to establish and maintain effective HR supports;
Other responsibility required.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor degree or above in Business, HR management, Industrial & Labor Relations or related disciplinary;
Minimum 8 years relative experience in a multinational company with at least 3-years managerial roles with leading team, experience gained in manufacturing and chemical industrial will be preferable;
Experience of partnership on plant setup as well site HR system establishment is preferable;
A broad experience and knowledge on all HR disciplines, good skills and experience on trouble-shooting in employee relations;
Biz partnership-oriented, result-driven, proactive and self-motivated;
Excellent communication, with good English skill.
