As part of the Human resources team you will report to the Director in Human resources and Head of Human Resources. While support to cross border branches could be requested, you will be based in Luxembourg and will mostly work for the mother company in Luxembourg.

Your activities will focus on talent acquisition and development. Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:

- Defining the yearly recruitment plan with relevant heads of department and the management.

- Being in charge of the recruitment process from A to Z: produce advertisements, screen CVs, prepare and attend interviews, provide feedback to heads of departments, prepare offers and contracts. 

- Managing the performance and career development plan: prepare and follow up on the yearly assessment of all relevant departments, update forms, check and update the specific KPIs of control functions, make sure the guidelines on performance are respected, prepare career development file to submit to heads of departments based on the policy.

- Updating policies and procedures whenever needed.

- Supporting other team members on legal matters or administration.

- Fluency in English, French and Chinese are considered as an advantage

- a significant experience in HR management covering talent acquisition and development
