Job Description & Summary

You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.

Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.

Job Description & Responsibilities

Act as HR focal contact person and core team member to cooperate with our legal team and Compliance team on branch office set-up and relevant arrangement

  • Conduct research and study regarding HR relevant regulation and policy in new office location to understand and help team to successfully set-up basic accounts and office
  • Coordinate with local contact persons on proceeding and following up office set-up affairs
  • Responsible for data management and submission in government system
  • Organise resource on firm CICPA holder and staff list maintenance and management

Assist leaders on Shared Delivery Center (SDC) demand and delivery management

  • Responsible for SDC service quality review and enhancement
  • Support leaders on SDC cost analysis and budgeting
  • Engage in SDC service demand and supply management

National People with Disability (PWD) related programs

  • Responsible for PWD hiring status analysis and data management
  • Periodically collect disability fund related policy and regulatation
  • Support Finance on cost analysis
  • Engage in disability related forum/session to support leaders on PWD related programs
  • Responsible for national PWD related affairs

Professional membership / qualification management (e.g. CICPA)

  • Act as the national CICPA coordinator to liaise with each office
  • CICPA data management
  • Support firm annual inspection

Vendor management

  • Responsible for vendor contract tracking
  • Engage in budgeting and expense analysis
  • Support on vendor communication and management

Firmwide internal audit related programs

  • Lead and engage in various internal audits, compliance review and external audit

Requirement

  • Support ad-hoc or other HC related projects as assigned;
  • Bachelor degree and at least 8 years HR working experience in multinational companies;
  • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
  • High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude;
  • Great team player and ability to work effectively with cross Line of Service and regional teams in a complicated business environment;
  • Well organized, strong process orientation and data analysis skills;
  • Strong execution abilty to lead/work with team on completing tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
