Duties & Responsibilities
§ Represents the China HR Function in providing full-service as HR business partner/consulting.
§ Cultivates strong working relationships with Function, M&S team and employees.
§ Provide a broad range of HR services including: talent acquisition, employee on-boarding, coaching and employee development, performance management, policy development, workforce planning, and employee relations for the Function and M&S teams
§ Serves as program manager for HR initiatives development and implementation such as incentive schemes, employee engagement and attrition management and change management with the guidance from HRCOE team so as to well support business objectives
§ Provide consultation and advice to business leaders on talent management across the whole talent life cycle
§ Ensure consistent HR practices and processes on line with other BV CPS teams
§ Report immediately any HSE incident and cooperate in investigation
Education & Experience
? BS, or above, with 8 years or more HR BP experience, and have one or two HR function COE experience (such as C&B, TA or OD) is a plus
? Experience working for a relevant industry and recent experience supporting M&S
? Demonstrated benefits and compensation planning, HR program design experience, preferably in a large, multi-national corporate environment.
? Fast learner and understand business, sensitive with numbers and have financial sense is preferred
? Can work under pressure and result-oriented
? Fluent English spoken and written with professional business languages.
? Demonstrated proficiency with commonly used office software, MS Excel, and HRIS reporting, etc.
