Responsibilities:
To support the general manager for the following assignments:
1. Complete the tasks of recruiting, staffing, C&B, performance appraisal, labor relations etc. in compliance with labor related laws, regulations and HR policies of the company.
2. Provide advice and counsel to general manager and division managers regarding HR practices, policies, regulations and labor related laws.
3. Review and update the existing company rules, HR policies, and regulations to improve the existing ineffective situation.
4. Management of labor contract, social insurance and provident fund; Salary calculation.
5. Cooperate with division managers to create a cooperative atmosphere for management.
6. Handle labor disputes.
7. Application of employment permit and residence permit for foreign colleagues
8. General administration affairs.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in human resource management or relevant major.
2. At least 5 years management experience.
3. Experience in foreign companies with manufacturing background is a plus.
4. Familiar with labor related laws and have risk consciousness.
5. Well organized, able to handle details accurately
6. Independent, high sense of responsibility, and strong communication skills
7. Be able to work under pressure
8. Good command of English in both written and oral.
