Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- ER Management & Programs
- Conduct regular communication to employee about corporate objectives, HR policy and organize activities to keep harmonious company-employee relationship and to improve work efficiency/effectiveness.
- Develop and lead the people agenda aligned with the business and organization objectives, provide advice and counsel to department management on people and organizational issues
- Actively involved in the Employee relations related to Employment contract.
- Work with leadership team in building up a strong and engaged culture.
- Legal compliance
- Observe changes of legislations in PRC and recommend actions to ensure compliance with PRC employment and related legislations.
- Ensure health and safety compliance with local related legislations.
- Develop and maintain Associate Handbook and company policies compliant with local related legislations.
- Provide up to date knowledge of employment legislation and practices.
- Maintain compliance policies, procedures, measures and checklists
- Training & Development
- Design and conduct training programs to improve employees’ capabilities to meet business objectives.
- Assisting in the development of the succession planning and associate development processes.
- Provide HR related trainings to management members and associates.
REQUIREMENTS
University Degree in related disciplines or above.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in HR functions, with solid experience in Employee Relations and/or Training & Development area.
With comprehensive practical experience and understanding of PRC employment law and other statutory requirements and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Good command in written and spoken Chinese and English.
Independent and with good self-initiative.
