• Perform full spectrum of HR functions from recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, to training and development, performance management, staff movements, policy development, employee engagement and off-boarding etc.
• Be the HR business partner and team player taking care of the whole company workforce
• Work closely with campus and functional heads and provide professional advice on HR related matters
• Work closely with and support Corporate HR team to accomplish assorted HR projects.
• Handle full spectrum of compensation & benefits functions including monthly payroll, leave management, allowance, taxation etc.
• Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures
• Manage general all rounded factory administrative supports including canteen, dorm, and security.
