Job Description
- Implement and supervise the Human Relations Philosophies, Dana Ethic, culture and value in Fuzhou Plant
- Evaluate, develop and administer a competitive C&B system for Fuzhou plant that is consistent with PRC regulations and competitive with peer companies in the area.
- Develop human resource plan aligned with the company’s long and short term goals. Recruit and select suitable talented people at high efficiency.
- Develop and administer training programs and track training effectiveness based on plant performance analysis and development needs.
- Develop and implement a performance appraisal process, supervise its implementation at all levels and report results with improvement suggestions.
- Develop and implement communication plan and employee involvement programs to ensure an effective communication, objective alignment and high employee involvement
- Perform counseling, disciplining, laying-off, and terminating and investigating on disciplinary issues, security and safety issues, etc.
- Manage, keep in custody and ensure proper use of employment contracts, related legal business documents and company chop. Develop process to ensure the integrity and validity of these documents.
- Develop and maintain a positive relationship with the community, government authorities, industry associations, etc to support operations.
- Develop and implement EHS policy, processes to ensure compliance with Dana and local governmental laws and regulations. Ensure resources and proper training are in place for such compliance.
- Manage secretarial and administrative work such as security, cleaning and sanitary, uniform, safety goggles and clothes, office supplies, food catering, reception, accommodation, etc.
- Functional support plant General Manager for broad issues.
