Job Description
大岭山镇

Responsibility

1. Manage the full HR activities in PCC which will cover recruitment, payroll management, employee relationship and staff development.

2. To assist HRBP on corporate HR policy deployment to all factories in different locations, and ensure they are well communicated and implemented in responsible area.

3. To ensure HR policy and process in full compliance to law and requirement of external customer. Will be able to handle independently the external audit in HR part

4. To work proactive with line managers or function head closely to deliver people solutions in relation to retaining, attracting and developing staffs

5. Lead and develop the local HR team and maintain a high level on HR routine service

6. Assist in the culture development includes safety awareness, product security and LEAN

7. To continuously review on HR system and policy, provide suggestions for improvement and implement in the organization


Requirement

1. College degree above, Major in business management or human resource

2. 3-5 years working experience as HR supervision role in manufacturing sites.

3. Be knowledgeable in labor law and experienced in handling external audits (customer or third party audit agency)

4. Proactive and agile character, and good communication & presentation skill

5. Good English language skill include verbal, written and listening
