Job Description
  • Supervises team members in HR Office ensuring the department’s daily operation is running smoothly and team member’s disciplines are adhered to.
  • Liaise with local government authorities regarding labor law, labor relations and arbitration cases.
  • Prepares procedure released concerning the labor contracts for team members.
  • Develops and maintains an employee relations program to include social and sports activities, service award programs, and employee counseling (where appropriate ).
  • Develops and maintains a safety program in conjunction with Safety Committee to include on-the -job injury analysis, safety inspections, and an accident prevention program.
  • Assist recruitment team according to hotel business requirement and the manning situation.
  • Takes charge of annual army conscription and blood donation.
  • Supervises and checks all records on sick leave, medical expenses, misconduct and Personnel Action Form.
  • Supervises and checks locker room.
  • Administers the medical check / work permit / residence permit / visa for expatriate employee and maintain the record. Prepares monthly expatriate list.

  • Supervises Team Restaurant and monitor on it’s cleanliness, food cost, food quality and team members’ performance.
  • Be directly accountable for the attainment of safety and security standards of team members

  • Ensures the security and confidentiality of the HR Department is strictly adhered to.
  • Assist HRD handle arbitration cases to protect hotel’s benefits.
  • Assist HRD handle team member’s complaint and communicate with the other department.
  • Assist HRD of HR audit to arrive the budget and to standardize HR’s operation.
  • Discipline team members.
  • Initiate any new and improved system/procedure to be implemented in order to upgrade all personnel filing system and records.
  • Conducts Exit Interview when necessary.
  • Assumes the duty of the HRD during her absence.
  • Does any special assignment as assigned by the HRD.

Specification:

  • University graduate, excellent command of written and spoken in English and Chinese language.
  • Possess leadership quality and supervisory skills.

  • Possess initiative and willing to take on extra responsibilities when required.
