Responsibilities
Compile and monitor the headcount budget, advise senior management and line managers of staff movement and turnover
Conduct exit interviews with leaving staffs
Design, monitor and conduct orientation program for new hires
Conduct market surveys on compensation and benefits
Develop, review and update salary structure
Monitor administration of benefits schemes
Conduct training needs analysis and align it with company objectives. Compile and monitor training budget.
Plan and organize office-level and in-house trainings and sharing.
Coordinate and participate in regular staff meetings, handle grievances and complaints and attend labor disputes
Develop, review and update annual performance appraisal exercise
Host counseling and disciplinary meetings with problematic staff in the presence of department heads
Compile and monitor quarterly and annual HR budgets and expenses
Ensure all staff’s personnel information are integrated and correct
Provide human resources support and consultation to senior management and line managers
Ensure all the human resources functions are operated in accordance with legislative requirements of the Local government
Maintain high morale by providing positive HR management support
Desired Skills & Experience
3+ years HRBP or HR generalist experience in MNC. PR, advertising or related marketing agency background are preferable.
Experience in the following areas: performance management, compensation, recognition programs, culture, engagement, talent management, conflict resolution, and employee relations
Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills
Flexible, has ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
Good supervisory and problem solving skill
Independent, committed, pleasant and tactful in handling people issues
Knowledge on the computer software of Windows, Microsoft office
Language : English and Mandarin
A Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Social Science or related disciplines
Well versed in Employment Ordinance and labor regulations of the local govern
