Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Draw up Porsche Centre workforce management plans, and HR Department performance targets and working plans based on the annual Porsche Centre Business Plan.

2. Develop Porsche Centre workforce plans.

3. Develop and check the annual remuneration plan to ensure Porsche Centre's competitiveness in the talent market.

4. Draw up career plans for key positions to raise employees' engagement to Porsche Centre.

5. Assist departments in executing performance management.

6. Develop and maintain Porsche Centre workforce management processes and policies, and ensure the compliance to the processes by all employees.

7. Build up, reinforce and maintain sustainable collaborative relationships with the other departments of the Porsche Centre.


Qualifications:

1. University degree in HR management; business management or other related majors.

2. At least 10 years' experience in HR management; 5 years' working experience in HR management; experience in the automobile retail industry preferred.

3. Familiar with HR tools, including position analysis, qualification appraisal models, proposal choosing, performance management, succession plan, employee engagement plan, talent market research.

4. Good adaptability, professional ethics and stick to decent conduct codes; able to keep confidential, work actively and make wise decision.

6. Passion for their work, maintain a high degree of professionalism and reliability in their work.

7. Understand and advocate the philosophy, image and characteristics of the Porsche brand.

8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, good communication skills both in English and Chinese.
