This position is responsible for providing full HR spectrum in transferring business strategies into people planning, talent acquisition, talent retention and talent development and providing consultancy/advice/add-value from people management aspect to help business growth in reverse.
This position is also in charge of office administration management in the direction of providing better working environment and services from security and cleaning, to meals and transportation, until office management and all activities and team-buildings.
1. Work with business head to deliver people strategy in people budgeting, planning and vision in accordance with business strategy.
2. Review the organization effectiveness the HR and business data and take initiatives and actions in change management per organization development requirement.
3. Participate actively in local HR policy/procedure/practice optimization, harmonization, standardization and continuous improvement with local HR team (both LE wise and country wise) with input from business special needs
4. Deliver the global programs locally on time excellently, eg. People Review, Job Grading, Employee Engagement Survey, Values and Behaviors
5. Work with HoDs to identify training and development needs, provide business-customized people development and training plans/solutions, and ensure the final delivery with help of CoEs and service center.
6. Enhance people development in leadership buildup, succession plan and skill matrix;
7. Coach and support people managers to ensure them with necessary capabilities to carry out activities in annual employee calendar, eg. performance and talent management processes.
8. Provide day-to-day coaching and advice to managers to facilitate planning and decision making in areas such as recruitment, development and local restructuring requirements (subject to standard business/function approval process)
9. Setup Incentive/Performance Plan for special groups like Sales and Shop floor staff per business needs in line with overall HR practices to motivate better output and higher efficiency/target.
10. Support, coach and work with managers to ensure people related practices under the guidance of labor law and internal regulations (including legal, ESH, finance, HR and each related function).
11. Guide and work with HR service center colleagues to fulfill recruiting, manage employee life cycle, as well as payroll check and final approval.
12. Buildup TEAM LEAD culture and behaviors and handle employee relationships whenever is necessary
13. Be a role model for company values and leadership behaviors and champion these locally.
14. Lead Admin team to deliver high-quality service in security, cleaning, greenery, meals, stationary, transportation, air-ticket booking, office environment and activities like birthday party, annual dinner, team-buildings as well as regular and non-regular sports activities.
15. Overall control the admin vendors and expenses in the most cost-effective way legally.

1. 8 years above relevant working experience preferably with MNC background.
2. Possess solid experience in HR in challenging and high growth environment .
3. At least 3-5 years’ experience at managerial positions.
4. Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or relevant disciplines is desirable.
5. Rich knowledge of overall HR Management.
6. Facilitating skill is a must.
7. Strong analytical skill, can deploy data to give advice.
8. Good command of English and Mandarin.
9. Microsoft Office software required.
