Job Description

Supports HR Director to play the advisory role to senior management in all aspects of human resources matters in order to ensure the alignment of related human resource policies in assigned office locations, to meet local labor law requirements and to support the execution of business plans.

Manages individual contributors’ responsible for accomplishing daily routine works in human resources including payroll, attendance record, update government regulations, and related HR reports, etc. in full compliance of company policies or regulations.

Works closely with HR Director and functional team leaders to support the business plans, achieve overall employees’ satisfaction and ensure the running of the local office is in full alignment and compliance according to company policies.

Required Knowledge & Basic Qualification

Must have knowledge of local labor law, legal regulations, compensation and benefits, employee relationship as well as training and development.

Demonstrate good communication skills, well organized and be flexible to adapt strategic direction of the organization.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline

8+ years of Human Resources management experience with MNC in Asia countries

Well rounded experiences in all HR key disciplines including Selection and Recruitment, Training and Development, Compensation and Benefits, Performance Management and Employee Relations

Demonstrated experience collaborating and communicating at the executive level

Strong oral and written communication skills with fluency in English and predominate local language(s)

Proficient use of personal computers including Microsoft Office Software

Be proactive, and organized
