Position Focus:
Leverages learning and business expertise to improve business outcomes through developmental solutions for the organization and leaders.
Job Description:
Enable country L&D Managers to conduct Training Needs Analysis, Training Design and Solutions, Training Calendar, and comprehend the Asia wide development needs for Managers and Leaders.
Support countries on Talent Review and Management process, enabling executions, follow through and roll-up reviews. Reinforce cadence & completion of talking points, scorecards and comprehension to overall business outcomes.
Champion Lear initiative on Leadership and Culture change and transformation, and cascade among country L&D best practices and processes from SF. eg. Reach for Greatness, Together We Win,
Partner closely and consult with Asia HR and Business leaders to deliver to outcomes of leadership development, organization transformation, culture change and operational excellence.
Create and sustain branding and communication of Asia Leadership & Development Organization programs.
Develop, design and launch best in class training programs in-house or through partnership with out-sourced vendors.
Develop training curriculums and training paths and enable career development of employees.
Qualification:
University graduate with in HR, Psychology and/or related degree preferred
At least 5+ years of solid regional experience with MNC
Good influencing and communication skills
Strong expertise to design and deliver program
Strong facilitation skill with coach experience
Strong HR Business consulting and acumen
Willing to travel - 70%
